GAMUDA LAND

| COMPANY PROFILE

Gamuda Land is the property development arm of Gamuda Berhad – a global engineering and construction, property and infrastructure company that provides innovative solutions and delivers sustainable developments. Established in 1976 in Malaysia, Gamuda has built airports, rail and metro systems, bridges, expressways, sea ports, power plants, and expansive master planned communities across 9 countries.

The cornerstone of our capability has been our long-term commitment to understanding the environment, connecting people and communities, and making positive contributions to the societies we work in.

Founded in 1995, Gamuda Land entered the Vietnamese market in 2007. Our first project in the country was the urban renewal project at Yen So Park – Southern Hanoi’s green lung. Gamuda Land is currently investing in two flagship townships in Vietnam: the 274-hectare Gamuda City, in Hoang Mai District, in Hanoi, and the 82-hectare Celadon City, near to Ho Chi Minh City’s Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
